How does it work?
Order
It all starts with an order. The customer selects the canvas size, and after a successful payment, they receive an order number. They then contact us via email with a photo of their car. If the customer doesn’t reach out within a few days after payment, we will contact them ourselves.
Because we strive to ensure the highest quality of service, mutual agreement via email is necessary. You send us a photo, and we check its quality — if needed, we may ask for a different one. If you have any special requests, such as a different text on the license plate, please let us know as soon as possible, ideally in your first message along with the photo.

Delivery
Photo approval is usually completed within a day after the order is placed. The artwork is typically created within 1-7 days, depending on the number of orders. Once finished, the design goes to print with our partner, and we usually ship the canvas 3-4 days after printing. Since each piece is manually illustrated, we can't guarantee an exact delivery date, but we strive to ensure the entire process doesn’t exceed 14 days.

Each canvas comes with two mounted hooks, allowing for easy hanging. You can use anything from gentle Twenty hooks to standard nails to secure it to the wall.
At this time, our focus is exclusively on cars. We appreciate your understanding.
If the available sizes don’t suit you, contact us — custom dimensions are not a problem.
Since creating multiple prints doesn’t require double the drawing time, you don’t have to pay full price twice. Please contact us at support@mnxdesign.com before placing your order.
If you’d like an additional print of an existing design, contact us at support@mnxdesign.com. We store all our designs for one year, so you won’t have to pay the full price since no extra drawing time is required.
